Great for Outdoor Recreation

From the Back Porch to the Lake

The Dana, Sierra, & Morgan series stoves are lightweight, efficient, and compact. These stoves are more economical than propane heaters for outdoor spaces. Whereas a tank of fuel burns in 4-6 hours, these stoves burn one 40lb bag of pellets in 10-18 hours. They make excellent additions to ice fishing huts, back porches, and other outdoor recreation areas.

Indoors or out, Sun Mountain Stoves have a stove to fit most recreation or event needs, without the need for electricity or volatile fuel.

Outstanding Burn Efficiency

No more messy ash and partially burned wood. Sun Mountain Stoves can burn for a full day and produce less than a cup of ash.

Less Particulate than a Wood Stove

Sun Mountain Stoves release 0.472 grams of smoke per hour (GPH). The EPA limits new wood stoves to 4.5 GPH but older wood stoves may emit up to 30 GPH per hour.

Environmentally Friendly

Clean, Green, and Efficient

Sun Mountain pellet stoves are a viable alternative to wood stoves.

All Sun Mountain stoves are non-electric. They all use the same patented two stage burn system. This unique burn system makes Sun Mountain stoves among the cleanest free standing solid fuel burning stove Worldwide.

Engineered to Out Perform

Unrivaled Burn and Particulate Efficiency

Much like tuning performance engines, the patented two stage burn system in Sun Mountain Pellet Stoves controls the air fuel mixture with natural draft and gravity feed. By placing the draft controller after the gasified burn it reoxygenates the burning gases and allows almost instant temperature control. From high to low you have control of the burn rate.
